"Very terrible landlord and maintenance. The will literally let anyone live here. There have been beds sitting outside for months, another tenant has a broken garage door that no one’s doing anything about. Maintenance ignores everything. Major plumbing issues that includes toxic fumes goes ignored. There are many health hazards around the complex & inside apartments on 19th st. A few tenants sell drugs constantly, oh they have small children while doing so. Those same people let their kids(under 7) be unattended in which they go blocks away. Those same kids take stuff from the doorsteps that belong to other children. The Erie City Code Enforcement will be contacted next business day. Very disgusting/ignorant place to live. Do not recommend."
