"Spent 15 minutes waiting for 2 drinks with only 4 customers ahead of me, 1 behind me. There were 6 staff members but only 2 making drinks. After about 2 minutes, one of the couple making drinks stopped making them to wipe down bottles. This left 1 of 6 workers making 6 customer drink orders. The only employee making drinks was moving with the enthusiasm of an elderly slug. I audibly said “you only have one guy doing the orders out of six of you.” This prompted the workers to… well to do absolutely nothing and all watch the one worker slowly making drinks. This was the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I ran out of free time so I went outside and brought a homeless man back inside telling him to wait for my order and he could have it. It’s been about a week now since this experience and I’m not confident they even finished my drinks yet."
"What a nice Starbucks. Busy at lunchtime when I was there but very organized and the staff seemed to know many customers. The nicest one I’ve been to. And what a lovely old building."
"Every morning !! I come here and they give that friendly over and beyond service.. I make it my business to come here every morning for the service , the thought of knowing they make my drink just right! Thank you guys for it all especially Sussy and Kenyatta !!!
