"I work at The Pendry as the Front Office Manager and had a little difficult day with our guests. I stepped into Starbucks for a little pick me up. Nola asked me how my day was going. I informed her that it was a challenging day with guests. Her words to me were , “what would you like to order, we are here to make it right” she was so kind and thoughtful and gave me a cake pop on the house. She listened to the subtle cues and her hospitality was tremendous! Instantly I felt taken care of, valued, and I want to come back to see her. It is the little things that go a long way. Nola is fantastic and her customer service was outstanding!"

"One of the best Starbucks locations in the city. The drinks and eats you have come to expect, a super friendly staff, lots of seating, fast WiFi, clean restrooms. Indoor and covered outdoor seating. Easy access to the Wharf and a shuttle bus drops off from the Metro. Bike share outside."

"Most are familiar with Starbucks. Here, the baristas were friendly, the atmosphere was very new and very clean - very relaxing, and the coffee was ok - a little light on the caramel and the cream compared to other venues. There is indoor and outdoor seating, with the indoor being super comfortable - and the wifi was great. This place sits right on the wharf and there are a ton of places to take in the sights while you are enjoying your hot brew."

"The server was extremely rude and condescending. She continued to yell at the highest volume due to an accumulation of people at the cream and sugar station. Due to her failure to keep the station full it caused me to reach over to try and get the last packet of raw sugar. She said “what’s wrong with you!” I was on the end of the counter reaching and she said get on your side. Her name is irrelevant. But everyone will know who she is. She makes her presence well known and takes up the room."

"A Starbucks review really hinges on three things, the drink, the people, and the place. This location gets 5 stars for my drink today. Fast delivery to the counter (I always order inside) and it was put together well - tight lid, hot beverage sleeve thingy, and no spills and stuff on the outside of the cup (hate that). I ordered my drink extra hot and I got what I asked for. The team was working really well together and the short line showed that. Fine job. Extra points for a really friendly staff here. The place is Starbucks upgraded- not just the standard furniture and fixtures and they have nice outside seating here. Nice place. Parking near here is going to be a challenge though. Restroom was clean and in good order. Very well done here today SBX. thanks."
