"We had major problems which the Bosch dishwasher we bought and both the Bosch Tech and Bosch as the manufacturer was not helping us at all with an engineering defect on their side but ADU stepped up and went above and beyond to help us. "What an EXCEPTIONAL team. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Alex, Richard and Joseph. We purchased a subzero wine column and had several conversations over the span of several days about how to configure it with our existing fridge and freezer. They were all so very patient with me as I changed my mind more than once requiring them to update the order. All throughout the process, they were all so knowledgeable, kind and professional. "I visited a couple weeks ago with no intentions of buying as my project is in South Carolina. So, I didn't expect the sales staff to pay me much attention after telling them this. But, Joseph Hilferty ended up spending a couple hours with me and answering all of my questions and making very pointed and useful recommendations on why to choose one brand over another. I am very grateful for the wealth of information he shared and I was much more educated when I walked into Wolf and Miele showrooms having spent several hours with Joseph.
