"My go to place has always been Home Depot up until today. Not only does Lowe’s have a glass cutting section (unlike Home Depot), but it was definitely more well stocked: and lots of items of sale."

"Wanted to give a shout out to sales associate Jorge, at the Chantilly Lowe’s. He has been so helpful and kind every time I have come into the store, which has been A LOT as I repaint my kitchen from orange to something a little less intense, family room and foyer. He has made tons of paint samples, recommended the correct paint finishes and provided some helpful tips through out the process:) it has made my home improvement project less intimidating for me:) and shout out to Lowe’s home decor shopper- had the perfect curtains to add to my newly painted kitchen! You can see the orange in the pic below…btw Valspar Reserve covered it easily in 2 coats!"

"Honestly all the employees are pretty scatterbrained here. We tried to rent a truck, but despite calling ahead to confirm, when we arrived they had one truck out of commission and the other one had magically vanished. I asked one employee in the wood working department where the pegboard was and he was pretty bother… he acted like I just asked him to help me move one of those 1990’s giant television up 3 flights of stair or something. Overall pretty negative experience, probably won’t be going back."

"I cannot thank Jorge in the paint department enough!! He was the most helpful person. I just recently bought a house and I wanted some accent walls in a couple different rooms. I went into the Lowe's near my house, and chose samples of the colors I liked, but when the paint dried, it was not the color/shade I wanted. When I came into this Lowe's, I showed him some photos of what I wanted and how the sample's dried and he went into the computer and customized the color to what I wanted exactly, by asking me questions on what I really wanted the color to look like, it was honestly magic. I took the new samples home, and painted the color on the wall, and IT WAS PERFECT, EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! It was so important to me to get these colors correct, and without his help, I don't know if I would of gotten what I wanted. IF YOU NEED PAINT HELP, JORGE IS YOUR GUY!"

"Their selection of live plants is the best and most healthy looking I've seen in a while. Store is organized and helpful store assistants are just around the corner should you need them. I didn't get to purchase anything at this time so not sure of their checkout/pickup experience. It's a well organized and clean store"
