"I'm disappointed that they said they carried a brand of cookies my son-in-law loves. I bought them there before. Drove an hour to get them. They had none, and there was no one who spoke English or Spanish that i could ask about them. I'm not sure even calling would have helped. The manager was very nice and tried to help, but she really needed someone in the bakery department who knew what's what."

"Bought a $100 Apple Gift Card, went home to redeem it, the code was invalid. Called up Apple Support to then have them tell me the Card was invalid and needed to be exchanged. Came back to the store an hour later and Giant employees said the code will be activated within 24 hours. Next 24 hours I wait and still try to redeem but with no luck. I come back and they say the same thing but this time 24-48 hours it will redeem. I ask for refund but Giant employees again dismiss the problem and say it’s not their fault for selling an invalid faulty Apple gift card. I’d honestly prefer shopping at Walmart than this place."

"I’ve been here a few times because location is convenient. Most of the time I find what I need. Prices are okay. They have items on sale if you have an account with them or phone number. It’s not my go to supermarket but if I need water or I forgot some items, this is the place to go get them. For the most part I’ll do the self checkout and I bring my own bags. Hassle free and on my way out. Pumpkin season is in full bloom and love that they have local beer to choose from."

"Excellent customer service by Kevin today. Had difficulty locating a product this morning despite seeking help. An employee brought me over to Kevin who offered to help but I had given up and headed to checkout. Kevin, however did not give up. He found the product and caught me at the checkout line with one of each variety which I thanked him for and purchased both. Greatly appreciated Kevin’s tenacity and friendly demeanor and hope this review finds its way to the management team at the South Riding store."

"Stopped in on Monday, 5/23 to pick up a few things since this store is very convenient to my house. I was absolutely disgusted by how dirty and unsanitary the produce section is. Every single rack and bin needs to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. With three competitor grocery stores within a 4 miles radius, this level of cleanliness is absolutely ridiculous. I attempted to stop at Customer Service counter to express my horror in-person, but was told "no one is available" to speak with me. The manager of this store should be horrified and ashamed that his store looks like this."
