"We bought a washer and dryer, but the delivery personnel were impolite, lacked knowledge about installation, seemed intoxicated, and simply dropped off the appliances in the room without arranging them properly. As a result, I can't access my room now. It’s the worst thing I have been face in my entire life."

"The place is always a mess. Items are hard to find or out of stock even when their app says they have stock. Good luck finding anyone to figure it out. Half their staff, esp at the customer service registers, are clueless. Example, just returned something that cost $33 plus tax, as listed on the receipt. Was refunded $32 plus tax. I asked why I got less than the receipt. The lady at the register just stared off with a blank look, couldn’t answer, maybe couldn’t comprehend. The other guy one register over just a shrugged and said “that what’s the system” and became annoyed at me for asking. No critical thinking skills. Times must be tough these days scraping the bottom of the barrel for employees."

"The staff is very helpful, the place is well run, clean and well organized. Plenty of parking outside. Sometimes run out of product sooner than the other Home Depot’s nearby, as this one is really busy."
