"This is the most horrible McDonald’s ever. First, i wanna start with the manager; Carmen lacks management skills, cultural competency and her customer service is unbearable.This lady needs to go to school or enroll in management bootcamp. Also, the dinning room was not suitable for dinning homeless people coming in and stay through out the day, they sleep on the chairs and mess up the restroom. Carmen needs to be replaced with someone with more experience and professional communication skill and the dining room should not be home for homeless and drug hub for drug dealers"
"The buzzards at the stop sign should've been my first clue, but naw. I did it anyway. I ordered a Big Mac meal. But someone in the kitchen doesn't get the concept of the Big Mac. When I opened it the first time, the top section had no meat. I took it to the cashier and it was so funny, we both laughed. That made it again, only for me to get to the table, and it's exactly the same again, just with more cheese. I laughed and tried to eat it anyway, I laughed uncontrollably every time I tried to bite into it. Absolutely hilarious experience."

"There was a lady at the drive thru on 12/31/22 at 8 pm and she looked like the night supervisor. She acted like she didn't understand what saying and told me to go inside to complete my order. I added a picture of my large fry they gave me - look at how small the portion she gave me. Do not come here, horrible customer service."
"Ordered lunch for my office staff, One of the burgers came without meat. I then called the store to complain. They did not answer. I then called back again and someone picked the phone up and hung up. I then called back AGAIN... someone picked up the phone and just sat the phone down on the counter. I am sitting here listening to the employees talk, laugh, sing and have fun but they CAN NOT actually pick up and speak on the phone and discuss a matter. This is not how you conduct business by any means!!!!!"
