Domino's Pizza

"Do NOT order from this location.. I ordered online and selected cash before I remembered I spent my cash so I called the location to give them my credit card and the guy on the phone was a complete JERK!!!!! Instructing me to just give the driver cash... After I repeated I didn't have cash he gave me attitude and we pretty much went back and forth until I said I'm on my way to the location.. Once I arrived they all ran to the back and the person that came to the front informed me my pizza were out for delivery. I paid for my food and got home in time for my pizzas. Second situation I ordered extra cheese and when the pizzas arrived the cheese was so transparent you could see the pizza sauce.. I called and was once again greeted by the same jerk from the first call. I asked him to repeat my order incase there a discrepancy on my end and he repeated exactly what I ordered but there was no extra cheese he was so rude I hung up and had my husband call back.. Upon hearing the deep voice his whole demeanor changed and he offered a pizza credit!!! FYI an apology would've sufficed.. The fact that you are rude as hell is very unprofessional!!! I will drive 20 minutes to another location before ordering from here again!!!! I spend too much money to be treated this way!!! And the wings were trash!!!!"

"We ordered a large and a medium pizza at 10:52 pm, and when it arrived at 11:30 pm, the large pizza sauce was leaking from the box, damaging our carpet. And the medium one should be thin and crusty instead its saggy (undercooked).When we called the store immediately multiple times, no one answered. The next morning, when we contacted them multiple times, they rudely claimed that the dripping was intentional. After persistent complaints, they agreed to replace the medium pizza for free but refused to address the issue with the large one. To our surprise, they charged us $32.75 for the replacement order. When we confronted the store manager, he was extremely rude, denying the charge and shouting at us."

"I don’t want to give 1 star also. I have ordered two medium size pizzas. They didn’t even added the toppings (chicken) I have ordered for. How can some one make mistake for two pizzas. This taste very bad. Very salty. I never had this kind taste from any dominos across many states. Customer care people told they will connect with local store and they disconnected the call twice. Very bad attitude."

"AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION!! I didn't want to give this place a star. They used to be good but been going down hell recently. People who works here doesn't seem to care about how the finish product looks like. The last time we ordered from here, the guy dropped the pizza box before he reached the door. He picked it up and then rang the door bell. The pizza was a mess, but we didn't do anything about it and took it as accidental dropped. Tonight, we ordered a Hawaiin pizza and what came is a nasty looking pizza without any pineapple whatsoever. My husband and I ate the pepperoni pizza that is supposed to be Handmade Pan but the dough came burnt and bubble holes all over the dough. I called and Craig or Greg said he will give me credit, I said NO I want a refund. He said it will get refunded in 2 to 3 business days. This location needs to get shut down for poor customer service and pizza that doesn't look appealing whatsoever. The taste is pretty bad too. We will order from other locations next time!"

"I've ordered carryout from here several times. They've never screwed up my order and they did make good pizzas until my last order. That said, I was not thrilled when I saw a couple of the employees in the store not wearing masks including the pizza makers. Despite the assurances of management and customer care below, this continues to be a problem. My last trip, you can see in the attached photo, the employee was making pizzas without a mask on. Then when he sees me after I had been waiting a minute or two to be acknowledged, he suddenly puts on his mask and tells the other employees to put on their masks. (You can see another employee in the back with the mask not covering his nose.) I will not be going back. It is not safe to get pizzas from here and I don't need a pizza covered in yellow slime. Nor do I need slime that then goes through the pizza box and gets my seat in the car covered in it."
