"Ordered delivery tonight and was given the wrong order, was calling the store for 45 minutes but was going straight to voicemail everytime, so had to drive to the store to take that order back and get my actual order remade. This is the second time I've received the wrong order so I definitely will not be ordering from this location again"

"Alright… after the 10th order of their chicken nuggets with a splash of buffalo sauce (buffalo boneless wings) I must right a review of how little effort is put into these. Like how is this ok? Top it off 1/2 the time they do not I clue the condiments for them."

"Ordered a stuffed crust pizza and a 2 litre of Pepsi. Was charged $28.00. Waited an HOUR for my food to arrive, only to be handed a "hand tossed" pepperoni pizza, no stuffed crust. I called the store and spoke with the "supervisor" on duty. He tried to tell me I never ordered a stuffed crust pizza. Then, why was I charged for a stuffed crust pizza???? Supervisor refused to deliver a new pizza or issue a refund. I asked for his name and told him I would be contacting the district manager. I was told "good luck" and promptly hung up on!! I will NEVER order pizza for my family from this location EVER AGAIN."

"I know this ain’t right! Where is the sauce. When you order these boneless wings the photo online shows them fully covered and tossed in sauce. There is barely anything on them. Not tossed, nothing. A drizzle is more like it."

"I want to give praise to our delivery driver tonight. William was our driver tonight, and they did something that went above and beyond what any other delivery driver, or service provider has done: they called to relay that they would be a few minutes late due to an accident. William didn't need to do this. I wasn't even aware that the pizza had been dispatched, because I was doing another task. But they called and told me my food would be a few minutes late. That showed a level of caring, of consideration, and of customer service that warrants acknowledgement. It also goes to show, at some level, William wanted to make sure we were taken care of; it also showed the state of how we treat the people that deliver our food. I hope this gets back to William and that they know I really appreciated the extra point of contact they made. Tip your delivery providers, people. Also, this is one of the best run franchise Papa Johns in the area. Frequent them, people. We've never had a problem in the six years we've had them make our pizza. Thank you."
