I called into the store inquiring about an item with a lower online price and was assisted by Madyson, who not only offered a price match but also shipped out the item so that it arrived on my doorstep in TWO days! She reminds us of a former associate who worked at this location many years ago named Kristen who we loved as well. Highly recommended!"

"The customer service is lacking in this location. I have been in there a few times in the last couple months, including this week. No one says anything when you walk into the store. The employees are huddled up gossiping or having whatever conversations instead of asking if you need help with anything. If you do ask one of them for assistance, they make it seem like it’s an inconvenience for them to have to actually work."

"I had and heard the worst experience in that store, especially with the manager who was there on Monday January 02, 2023 at 6:30 pm. I was there as a customer when a Hispanic couple arrived with the receipt and a handbag that they had bought on 12/23/2022, they talked to the manager, they wanted to change the wallet for another, and I heard the cashier named Joshua scanned a diferent tag number and gave him wrong bag for one bag named sugar but he give the client a different bag that was where manager told them these Hispanics steal things and then come here to change them the couple were very polite and very nice presented they were very offended she sounds so rude , they said said she’s forced us to call the security and the police police. To be honest I don’t Really recommend this plate Kate spade outlet at Potomac malls in Woodbridge va specially while employees like that one continue in that store, I don't recommend buying even a piece of paper, there they have an oth service, that manager looks racist and all the lady. And if she had 0 to qualify, I would give her 000000000000000000"
