"Can't say enough good things about this place. Brought in my son's Switch after having my old iPod fixed there years ago. Was pleased that they still had my info in the system, which sped up the process. A guy greeted me, listened, took a quick look, and gave me an ultimately correct diagnosis with a price. I decided to shop around at 1st, but came right back a day or two later. Was told it'd be a couple days, but was surprised to get a call 3 hours later that it was done! Picked it up that night and it's been good as new. Highly recommended."
"I had a 1981 Dark Tower board game with a mechanism the burnout and no one would take it with out a 50 cover. These guys looked at it for free, said they could figure it out. Ran diagnostics for 20 bucks and fixed it cheap and fast. They were done in an hour and I am so incredibly impressed. Professional. Respectful. Affordable. 10/10 Thanks guys!"

"I brought my grandson's PS5 in for repair. At 70 years old I am definitely not a tech savvy person. The gentleman who assisted me, Johnny, was extremely helpful. I knew there was a HDMI port issue but he also pointed out there was another port that was damaged. He also made it a point to let me know that there were 2 other ports and that I really didn't need to repair the one that was damaged. I put a rush on the repair and it was ready that same day. I can't say enough about the great customer service at this store. If you need an electronics repair you won't go wrong going to the Gadget Guru in Columbia."
