"Stay away from this store and Bisera. I was there returning an unwanted jacket and was forced into take the full refund to go back to a gift card when I said I am trying to get rid of all my gift cards. Later came home and found that not only Bisera was trying to force me to take my full refund as a gift card, but she returned the jacket with the least expensive/incorrect jacket for less amount (I purchased two jackets). "The set-up of this store is poor, with men items everywhere, and a small area in the corner for women. No flow or thought put into the look and feel of the store. Furthermore, the customer service in Women at this location is lacking completely, again and again. Today, the rudeness has gotten so bad where I was told by the woman behind the counter that she can't help me order an item online due to the fact that the system is slow. However, when I was trying something in the fitting room I overheard her offering another customer to order something online for her. I confronted her, and she had no answer... I am assuming they get a commission? Mine was not very expensive. Anyways, it was awful..."
