"Nice well kept store, most of the employees we dealt with was decent enough this one lady in bakery is just a pain to deal with and the one employee her name is maylasa, she is priceless, very very helpful friendly and she does amazing work she went out of her way to help us and we really appreciate her. I highly recommend having her do your cake she does such great work."

"Very nice selection of meat and produce. Diverse range of products. Nice options for alcoholic beverages. Their prices are a little steep but the employees are always friendly and helpful."

"The employees are upbeat and fun to joke with and a positive part of the shopping experience. The deli, meat, and baking sections are some of the best. Employees are kind and helpful. Whenever I buy meat I come here because of the cuts and packages of cuts in addition to price."

"Regrettably , it would seem that most employees do not care anymore. Several employees of 10-30 years have all said the same thing when asked " why their Giant Eagle store is so unsanitary?" ; in effect, they all seem to respond that corporate doesn't give Boardman locations enough labor hours or employees to do the job right. Notably, Giant Eagle's internal Team Member policy on safety / health / sanitary issues is: " You See it. You Own it." It would seem that this is not the case for either location in Boardman Township. We have reached out to corporate with our comments & concerns and have yet to receive a response. We also reached out to the Mahoning County Health Department and they have stopped at their two locations in Boardman several times since March 2019. As of June 2019, the single end cap cooler across from the meat department still looks the same; as does the restroom."

"I give them a 3 for how they have stacked and confused the motorized wheelchairs for people who need them. Recharging without enough working plugs is hgard for the customer. Placing displays in front of them is even more obnixios. I think these photois speak for themselves."
