"HORRIBLE! They also rent bounce houses for parties. We called at (3:30) 1 hour before they were supposed to close (4:30pm) on a Friday they said they were there. We showed up 40 minutes before closing and they closed the store early. Sign outside said open and lights were on, but door locked. As we were parked outside the store we called for 20 minutes they never answered. They obviously don't care about the customers."

"very unprofessional, ordered the dress on november of 2021. it is now july 2022 we are a week away from the quince and we are told that the package was lost but we could go in and get another dress, she now refuses to meet with us so we could get a replacement for the dress."
