"Pros: good selections of size Cons: confusing store hours. I drove an hour to go to this clothing store as I have in the past had luck finding items I needed. To my surprise when I got to the location they had a sign that said, closed for a private events. Nowhere on their website or when you Google their store did they say it was closed. After shopping here numerous times it’s no longer worth the drive and the bad customer service."

During my recent experience, it became evident that items were purchased from sellers at unreasonably low prices only to be resold at a significant markup. Specifically, my sister-in-law brought in seven pairs of boots, and the offered amount of $20 for brand new, quality boots was disheartening. It seems the focus is on obtaining items for the lowest possible price rather than ensuring fair compensation for sellers. I believe in fairness and transparency, and I hope this review prompts a reconsideration of your pricing policies. "Ladies were nice and welcoming which is a plus.. but I 1000% recommend NOT selling to them. I brought in two 10 gallon bins of clothes, clothes that still had tags on them!! I accepted the lowball offer of $30 for the clothes they selected that they wanted which didn’t even fill up the cloths basket they place the wanted items in, taking home the still full 10 gallon bins. (The jean jacket they accepted cost $35 alone when originally purchased) My mistake was made when I brought two more 10 gallon bins of various shoes; boots, air Jordans, air forces, and a selection of heels. To my surprise they selected a handful of boots(because of the season which is understandable) the boots I have posted to this review. They offered me $20 DOLLARS for the 7 pairs of boots, 4/7 where BRAND NEW. I have purses and jewelry I planned on selling to them as well but the lowball offers just do not sit well with me. I am not desperate, you can see the quality I have to offer between the clothes and shoes.. MADNESS, THIEFS, LOWBALL"

"Snobs with inflated expectations here. The nerve of you to be a consignment shop but your expectations are that of a high end boutique. I brought my stuff in but after listening to the young lady give me the rundown on all of these stipulations on how they only take stuff on trend, in season, no pants or suits because folks are no longer wearing them (according to them), and then after all of that rigmarole, they only give you 25% of what the computer determines the value is, I didn't even go through the process of having them give me a quote. I just gathered my things and left. Not worth the headache. Also you can tell a lot about a business by how they respond to negative reviews. From the responses, they come off arrogant and condescending and instead, should take what folks are saying and do better."
