"The best customer service & the nicest staff!! Every employee at this location was incredible. They were so helpful the first time I was there that I went back a second time!!"
"The employees are very rude. Several of them did not greet me or offer assistance. They were busy chatting amongst themselves. However, I did witness one employee speak to a customer that arrived right after me and offer to help so I am aware they are capable. Nothing makes me dislike a brand more than being treated rudely by the staff. I really don’t understand why they pick and choose who to greet or help. I’m a paying customer like everyone else."

"Spectacular customer service. I ordered a sweater online (via the store). And it sold out shorty after I placed the order. The associates worked tirelessly to track two sizes in the sweater I was looking for which entailed much effort on their part. Trying to find where they had this item entailed lots of phone calls etc. Throughout the entire process the employees and managers kept me up to date with the status via phone calls and emails. This was my first experience purchasing a product from Vineyard Vines. The product I wanted was a sale item yet they treated me like I buying their entire Spring collection. I was blown away. Most incredible customer service I've ever received. Which up until this point was from Porsche of Tysons Corner and Sun Tailoring upstairs in Tysons Galleria. They have a customer for life."
"Who doesnt like Vineyard Vines! My wife loves the women's button down shirts. This place is great for summer colors. They also have very nice men's button downs. The service is very good also. After the shopping visit, they even sent a hand written note thanking us."
