"Horrible experience. Bought boots for my daughter a month ago. They just fell apart after wearing them for 2 weeks. Cheap quality. Took them and some other clothes back and the manager flat out refused to exchange them. The clothes had tags and I presented the receipts. The personnel is rude and not willing to accommodate customers. They treat you as if you are some low class citizen."

"I really love the clothes and selection of items but the staff was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. I ended up buying 4 shirts and 2 sweaters. The employee shoved the clothes into the bag and did not fold them at all. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy just the usual neatly placing of items in a bag so they don’t get folded. I have never seen this at any store ever!"
"I went shopping yesterday to find my daughter some new clothes and I have to concur with the last review. The cashier Jasmin wasn’t knowledgeable of any promotions. I almost felt profiled and I have shopped at cotton on in other states never had this issue nor did I have it at this mall."
