After our first time meeting him, we are from out of town, he has always remembered us on subsequent visits. A text or call remembering what we like down to our sizes. He is not pushy at all. "The customer service here was nothing short of top of the line. My son and I had to exchange his prom shoes. There was a miscommunication with the online order. We received a woman's size instead of a man's size. We were greeted with a smile, and the exchange went very smoothly. I love customer service like this. Keep up the great work, Prada!"

"Was standing at the entrance for good 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. When I called for assistant’s attention, she said she is with a client and will let me in later. Very rude and disrespectful. The “client” was literally laying in the chair trying her shoes. Never had this treatment in any other store of the Tyson’s. Shame! Awful service!"
