"Had a heart attack on 7-2-23. Released on 7-6-23. Supposed to be seen in one week, STILL waiting for an appointment as of 7-18-23. Not really sure who's in charge of this department but someone needs to look into the scheduling! Maybe a few calls from a lawyer might help get things moving. Millions of dollars in a new addition and yet no one can get an appointment. Smh."

"We saw Dr. Shailesh for a follow-up for my daughter's heart issue. My daughter has severe social anxiety. She has difficulty speaking with new people and does not go out in public alone at all. Being touched also triggers severe anxiety, making medical procedures difficult. Dr. Shailesh was kind, respectful, gentle. Not at all condescending or dismissive. It was clear that he was trying hard to make sure she was comfortable throughout, and he spoke directly to her even though I often need to answer for her. I was very impressed with his manner and professionalism and am very grateful to find a doctor who is so understanding of mental health challenges. Thank you Dr. Shailesh."

"I have serious heart and health issues. Since Ive moved back to ny this has been the place where I've gone to. Coming from a huge great hospital like DUKE,I can honestly say this little heart clinic has been a nice change. They're very proactive and informative. Coming from duke the city of medicine I thought at first that these would be people that would be a little outdated as far as what I'm used to. But they got me right in and told me they could give me a better pacemaker than what I had. I was surprised to say the least. I'm now in the waiting room waiting to do the consultation for what's next. "The care that is seriously lacking here is so detrimental It should not be called a Health Center, especially HEART CENTER. My personal experience here was something of a degrading nightmare. The Dr. had made it clear to me that he had no feelings of empathy, compassion or even desires to do what he's here to do. He repeatedly cut me down and told me I wasn't scared enough. I left so upset. NOW MY TESTS ARE PUSHED OUT MONTHS(they rescheduled without notice and told me after driving 40 miles here) The service is unprofessional, Cruel, and inhumane. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HEART "DR" he more like the Grim Reaper"
