"If you're going to charge people almost $400 a week, when they walk in you treat them with kindness and respect from the get go. I just had a tour at 9:00AM where I was greeted by (after about 10 minutes of standing there and nobody was anywhere to be found) the rudest woman I have ever met. She snaps at the employees, she is sarcastic, incredibly rude and lazy. For someone to be an assistant director of a facility you would think they would know how to carry themselves in a professional manner. I would never feel safe bringing my kid to this establishment."

"Katie and her staff are excellent. They communicate frequently with parents and give plenty of notice on planned closed days. We could count on consistency and great care from every teacher. Our child was excited to go to Tutortime every weekday."

"Everything about Tutor time is great! It is a clean, safe and loving place with great activities for every age. Teachers are very friendly and I always felt that they love my baby. The app that they have is very helpful and teachers are very responsive so it's a great way to communicate with them during the day about your kids needs. I feel so sad that I had to take my son out of it because I moved out of the area. Thank you for taking good care of my son!"

It was safe and clean environment, filled with loving and nurturing teachers. I felt comfortable leaving my daughter there, and she loved every minute it. "I can not say enough good things about Tutor Time in Vestal. I had never put my girls in daycare before and from the moment that I walked into the facility for the tour, I knew that it was where they were going to be. I got them enrolled and we've been going there for just over a full week. My one year old was the hardest to adjust but, after a few days, she is now happy and actually looking forward to playing with her little friends! The staff at Tutor Time could not be more wonderful if they tried! Each and every one of them is amazing. They're incredibly patient with the kids. They make sure that each child is a friend to everyone else. The curriculum is great too. My three year old now knows the days of the week and months of the year and is very quickly getting very creative. She's interacting with the other kids and has made some adorable friends who look forward to seeing her each day. The food that they serve is so nutritious and it's broadened both girls' food spectrum immensely! There's something different each day. It's wonderful and everyone should be so lucky to be a part of that family. And that's exactly what it is... A great big family. Thank you Tutor Time for being so awesome with my girls and taking every worry and concern that I had out of my head. I know they're safe when they're with you and I never have to worry about their well being when in your care and I know that every day there will be a smile on both of their faces (as well as every other face in the place)!!!
