"The apartments are cold in the winter/fall. It is impossible to enjoy dinner or family time in the living room comfortably. The maintenance is horrible when moving in I did not have new carpet or blinds. The geese are bad in the area. You are unable to walk out or in your front door without stepping and tracking goose poop."

"I would leave no stars if I could. I applied, got a call 2 months later saying I was one of 5 that were next up on the list. Talked to the lady in the office, she said I would have to pay a $50 application fee to proceed. I wasn’t going to pay at first because my friend had went through this same problem. They take your money for the application fee and never call you back. Don’t send out any papers or anything ! Even after you have been approved. The lady in the office said an apartment would be coming up within the next month and a couple more would be available after that. I have looked on their website and seen apartments that were available before and some on the website NOW with an upcoming date that the apartment will be available. Still no call back ! Don’t pay your money to these people !!! Literally seem like scammers !"

"Debra, the property manager is WONDERFUL! I inquired about an apartment, for my son. Debra made sure, I had all of the necessary paperwork, to get the process started and she was VERY polite & respectful. My experience has been a pleasant one, so far! C. Sinclair"

"Our Mission Ingerman was founded upon a basic premise—to bring together a highly talented and motivated group of real estate professionals to develop and construct long-lasting, quality products that are strategically financed and managed through a persistent attention to detail. Today, that mission continues to drive our unwavering focus on delivering high-quality housing and superior services to all our stakeholders—investors, community partners and residents. Our Values Integrity: consistently demonstrate strong moral principles Honesty: always being truthful, no matter the circumstances Teamwork: work with teammates in a collaborative fashion to achieve company goals Loyalty: exhibit support and allegiance to the company, its mission and all employees Respect: treat customers and teammates the same way you would want someone to treat you or your family" This place is atrocious. They have no set system for their customers. My family and I did an application to live at one of their properties ( Salisbury Commons) and they changed employees so many times that we got the run around on moving in to a place we were told was held for us. The employees were nasty or never even bothered to get back to you. Even at the corporate level the employees were rude. The manager of the office cussed at my fiance and they took our money and never even ran the paper work (Which we had to fill out multiple times due to incompetence) When we asked for a refund after making complaints and trying to reach out to get information we were told if we came into the office they would call the police and they took us off the list to get a house just because the manager felt like it. This place is a joke and they have no respect for people or their business. They claim they have all of the values above but really they don't care about how people are treated. Worst company to rent from."
