"Dog water company. They intentionally try to make you late for rent payments. They create a whole new website for you to make a payment, then when u add ur payment to the website it tells you it takes 24 hours to accept the payment method for you to use it, their way of posting the new payment method if a poster in the lobby, like yeah sure like imma read a half torn and ripped poster randomly on the way 3 days before rent is due. Now they made their website not compatible for cell phones so it is all trash on their website. Then they send out an app to try and make things better but they don’t and now it’s just more confusing and has advertisements all over the website. It’s paying rent, not collecting rewards that are worthless, quick overly complicating things that don’t need to be complicated. You should want to make it easier for people to pay rent not more difficult, so that shows their true intentions on how scummy they are."

"I hope whoever owns this company rots in hell. These people have absolutely no morals. Every year they would send out a charge for renter’s insurance which I had the entire time I lived there. And every year they would charge me and I would get it reversed. This included when I was moving out. I eventually had to travel to the management office to make sure I was squared away and they even owed me more money for falsifying my final bill. And now over a year after I moved out they sent $15 to collections for a bogus charge that the leasing office swears I never owed. This is either complete incompetence or they are knowingly trying to screw people over."

"They are a scam totally!!!! They took my deposit and did not provide a final statement nor did they provide proof of damages for taking such a large sum of my deposit 1800. I lived there for 2 years rat infestation. Management won’t give any information as past residents have posted regarding this company. I am also in the process of taking them to court not only for my deposit but for rent inflation and trying to charge my account a 250 eviction fee when I was late but never filed eviction. How do I know. I call the courts to see because it raised a red flag getting conflicting information from the manager and assistant manager. So I called to see for myself I had a feeling they was pocketing this money or feeding the company for bonuses or whatever they was trying to do. When I went into the office to complain and to ask about the charges the ladies got aggressive and agitated that I caught the scam. I threatened to take them to court and they adjusted my account. Now my deposit. I will see you all in court."

"This company issued a wrong final invoice when I moved out. I was told by the apartment management (via email) to disregard that invoice as it was wrong and that I would be sent a corrected one. I never received it. After 8 months I get a letter stating that my account is in collections and they refused to work with me to get this cleared up. They refused to provide contact details for the company to resolve this. Poor management if you ask me. If Greystar is the property owner, run as fast as you can!! I'm working with a lawyer to take them to small claims court!"

"They took over the management of my building (ellicott house apartments), didn't bother to send out a notice to the residents to inform us of the change in management. Their website for making online rent payments simply doesn't work. They ignore residents' emails and calls for weeks. Leasing office staff is rude and unprofessional. Clearly, they have no regard for the residents in the buildings they manage."
