"Location, location, location! So close to the metro, and all that Tysons has to offer, which makes living here amazing. Apartment layouts are nice and the views are pretty awesome. There have been heating/ac and water issues with building and there are currently major projects ongoing to address this, and improve the resident experience. I will say the staff are great, friendly, and eager to help explain concerns as soon as possible, so that’s pretty awesome and I’m looking forward to the improvements. All of my experiences in engaging with the staff have been awesome and they make me feel as if my concerns are being addressed."

"If you love cold showers, no electricity, potholes at the parking entrance, and safety issues due to security, this is the building for You!! Call them now! amazing leasing office that loves to smile and tell you what you don't want to hear. With so many options in Tysons why you would go anywhere else!"
"I’ve had a terrible experience here. We had air conditioning problems, currently still have hot water problems, the halls smell like marijuana, and they just towed my car out of the parking garage without warning. You apparently have to have a sticker on your car that I was never given. I’ve been parking here for 8 months and never once was told about a sticker. $220 later for the towing fee and an Uber ride, I finally have my car back. Use extreme caution before renting from this super expensive place."
