"As a former resident from 2022-2023. I expected more from a apartment charging $2,100+ per month for a studio. Hanover Tysons: A Disheartening Reality Behind the Facade Package Storage System is Inefficient and Frustrating - The handling of packages here is a constant struggle highlighting a severe lack of organization and communication by the management. Loading Dock and Elevator is a Neglected Mess - The back elevator and loading dock areas are consistently neglected. The strong odors and overflowing trash rooms point to a significant disregard for cleanliness and basic maintenance, creating a highly unpleasant living environment. Garage Safety is Dangerously Overlooked - The absence of traffic mirrors in the garage is a major safety oversight. This makes navigating the numerous blind spots and tight turns hazardous for both pedestrians and drivers. Poor Maintenance and Construction - The building suffers from poor construction quality. Squeaky floors and gaps in tiles are commonplace raising questions about the overall integrity and longevity of the building. Security Issues (Peeping Tom Incident) - A disturbing incident involving a peeping tom was not effectively addressed by management, raising significant concerns about resident safety and privacy for ground-floor residents. Misleading Reviews - A notable point of concern is that the only positive reviews seem to come from individuals who toured, not actual residents. Hanover fails to deliver on the day-to-day living experience."

"Hanover Tyson’s is great! Beautiful building, great location and really genuine staff. I personally spoke to Haley Gordon and had a great experience figuring out my lease with her, so sweet and pretty! Anyways, definitely a quality complex would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking to be in the DC/Metro area. Not to mention the pool is sooo beautiful"

"I recently submitted an application at Hanover Tysons after two separate tours of their property with Haley Gordon. After explaining that I would be relocating to the area for a business opportunity which was tentative in nature and needed flexibility as far as a move-in date. Haley assured me that I had 60 days to sign a lease and move-in and my situation would be no problem. That being said, after my application was approved, I was notified that I had only 72 hours to sign the lease. I was confused because this wasn’t explained to me by Haley prior to submitting an application. I had numerous conversations regarding the matter and a few extensions of their surprising 72-hour lease signing requirement until they canceled my application and kept the $250 deposit and $100 application fee for my wife and I. When I asked Haley why the 72-hour lease signing requirement wasn’t disclosed until after my application was approved, her response was “My bad!” I requested to speak with the manager because “my bad” was unacceptable, but she didn’t find my concern important enough to address me directly. The leasing office personnel are very unprofessional, lairs, unethical and treat people like a means to an end with absolutely no dignity or respect. In my opinion, the manager, Lexie Way is a condescending, dismissive, cavalier, unscrupulous piece of work. When people show you who they are, believe them. This place isn’t worth your time and if you have any standards of excellence, stay away from Hanover Tysons, they are not worth your time. I hope the lies they told me and the money they kept helps them prosper in some way. Just thought I’d share this review in hopes of saving someone else the headache. Don’t be fooled, these folks are wolves in sheep’s clothing!"
