PeachTree of McLean Apartments

"I’ve been living here for almost 3 years, and very disappointed and I’m questioning myself on whether to renew lease or not because of many things. This apartment complex does not meet the expectations for such pricey apartments and I get it this is an expensive neighborhood but fees and the ridiculous amounts they increase for lease renewal is insane. It’s crazy that they even want to charge for parking $35 per vehicle each month which insane, the parking lot is not even a garage. Plus when it snows, they don’t clean sidewalks, around the parking lot, they wait until rain melts away all the ice. Poor maintenance system, submitted tickets more than 3 times for the same thing and no one came to fix things. Poor management, they don’t save your documents, so be aware and save everything as proof because they send you documents to sign and months later they will ask for them again claiming nothing has been signed."

"Andrea, Nicole, Julissa are the best team that our community has had in the office in such a long time. Maintenance is getting better and for the last six months, I’ve had no pest issues. Noe is always zipping around the community and Terry keeps our property spotless. I’ve been a resident for 2 years now and I look forward to the next few years. Keep up the good work guys!!!!"

"Recently moved in and after 2 weeks I love this place! Very peaceful, nice landscaping! Everyone in the leasing office was extremely nice especially Nicole who gave me my tour and help me get settled! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to move to the area!"

"My husband and I have lived at PeachTree for three years and overall it's been a very good experience. Our maintenance requests are always handled promptly, and the staff are kind and friendly. Nicole, David and Chris have gone out of their way multiple times to help us with various emergent issues, for which we're very grateful. We also really like that there are a lot of families that live in the community. Being next door to the Pimmit library and park, as well as walking distance from Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, is also a huge plus. Thanks PeachTree!"

"We lived there for 10 months and we couldn't wait to get out. This place is mice invested. Andrea is awful to deal with. This one star is only because Nicole was reasonable and Renee was awesome. If it wasn't for Renee, this place would be a living hell. Also notice that some of the reviews are from people first impressions and not from people who live there. Please please please avoid at all cost."
