"I put my service request in on a Saturday not expecting a call until, at least, Monday. The called within an hour of me putting my request in. The staff showed up promptly and was quick with the repair. He was kind and courteous."

"RENTER BEWARE: Expect to have around $1000 taken from your security deposit for a fresh coat of paint and cleaning fees when you move out. Don't bother cleaning the place either because you're going to get charged the fee regardless. We didn't hang a single thing on the wall during our short stay here, yet we get charged $519.40 for a coat of paint? Absurd! When we moved in the fridge was coated in a red sticky residue on the inside that took some serious scrubbing to remove. Clearly they are charging these fees to everybody, and then not even performing the cleaning they are billing for. They also charge $300 deposit per pet, as well as $30 a month pet rent (mind you they do not apply the pet deposit to the cleaning fees, they must just pocket the money). Renters please go elsewhere."

"Overall a great experience and I genuinely loved the 3 years I spent at Waterford. Leasing office and the maintenance staff are very good and easy to work with. Rent is reasonable for the area, the gym is a 1-time fee and the storage units aren't bad either. Open the windows in the summer and you'll get a nice breeze and the sound of birds chirping and children playing on one of the playgrounds. Walls between units have very good sound-dampening and I never heard my next-door neighbors. The floors, however, are very thin and squeak a lot. I felt very bad for my downstairs neighbor because I know she could hear EVERYTHING. The only other issue is that occasionally the laundry machines won't be able to process payments (no coins, only card or app) and you'll have to walk about 100 yards to the next closest laundry room."

"I had an absolutely wonderful experience renting from Waterford. From start to finish it was a great experience. Moving in was hassle free, the apartment was clean and it excellent condition. Every maintenance request we had was completed within 24 hours of us submitting a ticket, and the leasing office was incredibly helpful with any questions we ever had. I loved that we could pay rent online. When we moved out we left the place spotless and repaired some minor damages and they gave us back a fair amount of our security deposit. I would rent from them again! They were perfect for what we needed temporarily."

"I have lived at Waterford 4yrs and now again for 7yrs. The maintenance guys are amazing, never had a problem with their work and are friendly. I have decent neighbors and the rent is low compared to other communities. I do think paving the roads would make things more desirable. Rather than patching. Other than that, the area is well kept."
