"Would give Zero stars if I could. This place is a scam. They go back on their word.about a water and Gas included. Best of all when I caught them changing my 12 month lease to an 11 month lease and stole a month's rent and a month's rent for a double security deposit that wasn't on my lease! They Never fix anything! And the so called manager tried to make my 3 children wait in the July heat when the police told her that's illegal!"

"Family just moved in after searching all over the place, it may be a bit pricy but here's a few things I've found to justify the price. First off the maintenance guys are much friendlier and extremely more proficient than the guys working for a certain 5 letter named rental company that starts with an E and replaced our faulty fridge a day after they tried to fix it. Second, the carpets were fresh, walls freshly painted, each apartment has their own washer and dryer, while each of the two bed rooms are a decent enough size and each have a closet. The larger of the two has a nice walk in closet with a half bathroom in the back of it. Third, the neighbors seem friendly and considerate and we we're welcomed our very first day. Fourth there's a swimming pool for the residents, the apartments each have central air (very nice I gotta say) That's all for now, I'll update down the road once we settle in."

"This apartment complex is beyond a disappointment. Its in the suburbs but its run like a junk yard. They rent to virtually anyone. The maintenance people dont do anything. They gave me a move in condition list so that we can report if anything needed fixed before the move in date but they still havent come to fix things. I have reported things to the office and they do nothing. I've lived here for 4 months and regret it. The pet owners allow their animals to use the hallways as a toilet. Almost all of my neighbors have the same issue. They also seem to have a preference on who or what demographic they chose to cater to. I hate this place."

"Id Give 0 if I could. My best friend had numerous issues with her apartment home and they never seemed to get addressed. They provided her with a very old fridge after theirs had died and they lost their food 3 times. Company offered zero reimbursement. This new fridge was infested with cockroaches internally. They came back from vacation with a full home infestation. The lack of response from management was beyond negligent. After finally getting a reply weeks later, they basically provided zero solution or reimbursement for treatment my friends paid up front (you can not sit around and wait as cockroaches are a ticking time bomb) and they just let her out of her lease without paying any fees rather than making anything right for them. The business is beyond unprofessional and the buildings are old. The common entries are often flooded with trash and smells of drugs. no curb appeal as residents leave trash everywhere."

"I have been living in those apartments for 3 years and really enjoyed it, great location, good floor plans , office staff are good polite people doing their job, management regularly takes care of the place outside. Any time I asked for maintenance in apartment, it was done right away or during 2 busses days, maintenance people are nice and friendly. I marked four stars, because price goes up each year, but I enjoyed lower price for 3 years and water and heat is included - no hassle. For high prices it needs some modern upgrades, like new sliding door, windows, bathrooms flooring, community room and maybe gym. I see them working on it gradually. Sometimes new tenants move in are smokers, and it takes time for management to deal with it to stop ppl from smoking inside, but it does get solved"
