"I didn’t get the best feeling from this place. I applied as a co-signer. Kearny provided my son with the requirements and gave me some different when I called. I was told a 725 credit score was needed for co-signers along with 4x the income is required. My credit report was clean, free of negative items, with everything paid on time. I’m almost positive, I was lied to. There’s no way, those are the requirements."
"Was interested in a new build 1 bedroom apartment in dillsburg pa. Got contacted by Kearney. She gave me some information and scheduled a time to look at the place. It was nice filled out an application paid the application fee. This is when communication started to fail. I gave her all paperwork she asked for. By the end of the first week nothing. Contacted her middle of second week. She needed more information and gave it. And she said she was busy. She said she’d contact me by Friday. Heard nothing. 3rd week ending she finally contacted me and asked if I was still interested. At this point I’ve already looked at other places and chose something else. She was nice and friendly just wish communication was better."
"My fiancé and I went for a viewing of a property on a Friday. The woman that gave us the tour told us that if we apply that same day, we would hear back no later than Monday but probably on the weekend. With no response over the weekend, we waited until Monday. When no response came Monday, I called three times throughout the day on Tuesday. With no response, she finally texted me and said she was very busy that day and would follow up with me the next day. I heard nothing on Wednesday, or Thursday. When Friday finally came, I gave her a call and she sent it right to voicemail. I finally texted her and said that I would like a refund of my $80 I spent between our two application fees. She abruptly texted me back and told me how someone else was chosen and she doesn’t do refunds. After a whole week has gone by after we were supposed to hear back within three days, we were told that we wouldn’t be getting our money back and the property was taken. Poor customer service."
