"This is a shout out for the maintenance team. Thami is THE MAN. So kind, professional, responsive, and just a delightful young man. He has such a positive attitude and is extremely hard-working. He truly cares about doing a great job and taking care of the customer which is difficult to find these days. His team always shows up quickly, performs a thorough job and are all so nice. Phil is so sweet to our dog and always has a treat for him."

"My wife and I really like this place a lot. We moved here a few weeks back, and we've already fallen in love with this amazing complex. We got ourselves a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, and here's what we like about it: Location: Everything you need is just around the corner and within walking distance. Want to watch a movie? There's a great Alamo theater nearby. Need groceries? Trader Joe's is right there. Gym, salons, coffee shops, restaurants – everything you could ask for is close by. The apartment itself: It's beautiful! When we moved in, everything was new, clean, and looked really nice. We didn't find any problems at all! Staff: Everyone in the leasing office is really nice. They're always there if you need help. We recently had a pool party, and they not only set everything up but also took time to talk to everyone and make sure everyone felt comfortable! Pet-friendly: I saw some reviews where people said it might smell like pee sometimes because of dogs. Well, dogs are dogs, and there's not much you can do about that. But so far, the staff has been quick to clean up any mess, and it smells good again. That's a big plus for me because not every complex reacts so quickly to things like that. In short: Great location, friendly people, and nice apartments! It's definitely worth the price!"
