"I came in 11/17/22 non busy at 810am to heat up my coffee that i had gotten from another 7-Eleven, associate (assuming morning mgr) was stocking by front door and another cleaning by the coffee. As i go to leave he calls out and tells me i need to pay, i explained to him that i walked in with the cup, he looks at me as if I'm lying and proceeds to tell me 4 times that i need to let him know when i come in with a cup...how about you look up from your work when someone comes towards you if nothing else but for you and your coworkers safety since you claimed not to see me..."
"Reporting a lack of total customer care service at this location on Tuesday, 4th of August, 2020. I stopped by to put air in my rear car tire and to my amazement, without prior notice or any sign that the machine was out of order, it turned out to be inoperable. And this, I noticed after paying in $1.50, to which I requested a refund from from store clerk. I was told that, it wasn't going to be possible to make a refund, hence, my complaint."
"The customer care was lousy! Their air machine is out of service but not clearly marked. The machine still takes your money but doesn’t work and the clerks will not help. The number provided to send complaint is also out of service! Very disappointed in their lack of respect for their customers. Need to be investigated for fraud."
