CVS Pharmacy

"August 10, 2023 One star. I spent 20 minutes on the line. Service was so slow!! No apologies once you reach the counter, and there was only one counter person! At least two people should be at the counter at all times. Hire two more people, and pay them accordingly. _________ The gentlemen give good service; however, Thursday, April 28, 2022, I had to have a script transferred to this location-- a woman who I was transferred to speak with commented on how she did not have time do so because she ends her day at 7 PM, ET. Granted, I informed her that I did not need the script filled until the next day or Saturday, but the woman produced an attitude. I doubt if this would have occurred face-to-face. Target CVS execs, do not allow unprofessional workers to ruin your business reputation."

"Not sure what’s going on here. Years ago I switched to Target-CVS because service at surrounding pharmacies were terrible. Michael and Stephanie were excellent with their customer service and expertise running the pharmacy. Since Michael retired, the new pharmacist is very knowledgeable, but his customer skills aren’t that good, but enough to tolerate. Lately, customer service has gone down hill. There obviously has been medicine shortages here as well as other places, but the people you talk to on the phone (if you get through) and in person don’t seem to have sympathy explaining the situation. Though it’s a little inconvenient for me to bypass 3 pharmacy locations with drive thru service, I chose this location for the customer service. Now that the customer service has gone downhill, I might as well go back to the more location convenient locations. I have started to move my subscriptions to another CVS. The only advice I have for the lead pharmacist at the Target-CVS, is don’t forget how you got your customer base. Keep the same formula that was used to get us there and keep us there. That formula doesn’t seem like it’s used anymore. Danny T"

"Just in here. They look your order up and get it. To pay you have to move to the other end because CVS systems are down. I ask her if CVS IS getting ready to close do I need to find another pharmacy because this is the second CVS that does not have its stuff together. She suggest I try the WALGREENS in the next shopping center. You heard it here first find another pharmacy per the associate working the counter at the Target CVS. Either they are closing or they do not want your business."

"This is a great CVS. The pharmacy staff is friendly, helpful, and caring. I am very impressed with how professional, compassionate, and patient the pharmacists are. I believe that being a pharmacist in this day and age has to be an extremely onerous job to have, and I am grateful for the pharmacists at this CVS. They go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need, you are informed about the processes that have to be taken, and have all the information required with your medication."

"Very good pharmacy. Personnel is courteous and prescriptions are filled quickly. This is the best CVS in the area. The one in Davidsonville road/Crofton is horrid. I always had issues with the CVS in Crofton. They seemed racist and personnel is always rude and unfriendly. They would send a text saying the prescription was ready only to tell me I had no prescriptions when I went to pick up. But since I started sending my prescriptions to the CVS in Gambrills (at Target) filling up prescriptions has been a breeze. It's very quick and easy and I have never receive a nasty attitude from the pharmacists."
