"Prescriptions are never ready on time and the pharmacist have no customer service. Why does it take 6 hours to get my refill when I was told it would be ready at 1? Now I have to come back at 6 to get my medication. Awful experience every time."

"This continues to be the worse pharmacy. I am here for vaccinations, waiting at window after being ignored for a while. The pharmacy manager tells me that someone will get to me. So I am waiting at the window. After a while she tells me that I need to get in line for the pharmacy window. Currently ten people are waiting…..I am mentally prepare to spend some time here. In addition, the way the manager is interacting is not customer service. I feel like I am bothering the staff here. There is a Walgreens further away and I will have to bite the bullet."

"Continuing their streak of awful. Walked in for a prescription they said it would take 20 minutes. Told them I would come back later that day. 2 hours later I'm back and now it's going to take 30 minutes because they haven't filled the prescription yet."

"If I could give them a zero, I would. I have regular medication that if I don’t take, I can end up in the hospital and puts me in a medical emergency. They have had the prescription for 2.5 weeks. I run out of medication Sunday. I called Wednesday and the technician on the phone lied to me and said they have it in stock and ready to fill in Friday. I call Friday and they tell me that the previous technician must have been mistaken and they don’t have it and it won’t even arrive until Monday. This is the third month in a row this pharmacy has me facing a medical emergency."

"I hate to pile on to all the complaints, but seriously… How is one place soo bad? I’ve been using the Rite Aid at this location for years. I’ve never had an issue. Now that they’re Walgreens, nothing but problems. I don’t know if it’s every Walgreens but this location is horrible. They don’t answer their phone, they keep you on hold, they disconnect/hang up on you. The people in the store and pharmacy are miserable. I went in the store to the pharmacy, they were apparently closed, but no one decided to put up a sign (no posted hours of operation) and no employee told me that they were closed. They just watched me stand there until I asked them. Just recently, I put in a refill order. They never filled the order. They faxed a request to the doctor, never got a response, and never followed up. When I asked them to follow up, they were rude and mean about it. They did offer to give me an emergency supply, only to have me show up and refuse to give it to me. The Pharmacist that was in, claimed to have called the other Pharmacist who said the she called my Specialist (earlier in the week), and said they denied my medication and that I need to see a different specialist. Why would my Specialist tell my pharmacist I need to see a different specialist? Why would a Pharmacy take my refill order, not fill it, and not call me and tell me! When I call to get the status, they just tell me they’re still waiting for approval. And on top of that, the Pharmacist claims to have called my doctor earlier in the week, who denied the prescription, but made no notations of it? There is absolutely no record of them making the phone call, who they talked to, what they were told, and that they won’t fill the prescription. The Pharmacy just leaves it open? Just to see what happens to it? I would not trust them with life saving medication. Follow up, They really don't care! I wrote corporate. They responded back and said, "a member of management will reach out to you within two business days," that was over a week ago."
