"Took my dog for doggy day care and he seemed to enjoy it. The staff was nice and knowledgeable and even followed up after hist stay. The only issue I have is it is somewhat difficult to book. You have to call if its not 3 days in advance and I was on hold for 20-30 minutes. I understand the staff was busy and don’t think they could have done anything differently it would just be more convenient if you could book online instead of having to call for reservations."
"This was my first time leaving my pet with strangers after the first 8 months of having him. After speaking with the staff, I felt completely comfortable leaving him there for a few days. They were very receptive to his individual needs. They sent a picture mid-way through his stay showing that he was doing okay. They also gave me my first night free which was great! I would board here again out of comfort and convenience (you can book stays via the PetSmart app)."
