Jordan and Dr. Credit were exceptional. They answered all my questions and gave me specific helpful guidance. Both were up to speed on current research and other helpful things. Also, Dr. Megremis left me a detailed phone message regarding my cat's test results. As I am often away from my cell phone at work, this is much appreciated. "I have been taking my pets to OVVH for nearly 20 years. Everyone has been wonderfully caring and supportive through good times and hard times. I have recommended them many times to others and have never heard anything bad. The vet techs are friendly and efficient in getting your pet’s vitals. The vets are friendly and really listen. They also take the time to talk with you about what they found and any follow up needed. I like that they give all the options available for treatments so you have the information you need and aren’t forced into a decision. Even though I moved from Vienna to Centreville, I would never switch vets because OVVH is the best."

"The staff and vets here are awesome! They were able to squeeze my dog in for a last minute appointment and get her started on a course of antibiotics right away. Everyone was beyond professional, and I love the fact that I could actually speak with the doctor and not a tech. You can tell that everyone really cares about the pets under their care, and I am planning to switch to their care from our other corporate pet care program. There's definitely something to be said about a smaller practice, their attention to detail, and their customer service for both humans and pets."
