"Do not go here. My dog had an oral tumor, and they kept saying that he needed a tooth extraction. They kept prescibing medicine and we kept having to seem them every couple of weeks. Feels like they were trying to get more money out of us, in exchange for the pain of our dog. As soon as we went to leesberg vet hospital, they could immediately tell it was a tumor(without doing an MRI). We said goodbye to our dog the day after. In addition to the unenthusiastic staff, I cannot recommend this vet clinic."

"This clinic is absolutely terrible. I had an appointment today, and not at any point did the vet come out to talk to me about my concerns, or even introduce themselves. If you want a clinic where you have absolutely zero interactions with the vet you’re making the appointment with, and you want to feel as though you’re just a number, this is the clinic for you. If you want to have an active role in your pets care, and actually meet your Vet, look elsewhere!"

"I was a little put off at first when it was my first time there and I didn't get to meet the veterinarian. I did get to speak to her on the phone after she examined my cat which made me feel better about Banfield. They also have a variety of plans you can purchase which helps with costs of dental cleaning etc. Their prices are discounted so this is working out much better than my former insurance which would consider something pre-existing and not pay at all and I would walk out having to pay $650 before I walked out. I would recommend."
