"Extremely rude pharmacist Beni arora she is not knowledgeable at all and you have to ask the same question 100 times to get an answer ! Me and my whole family will be switching pharmacy as long as she works there I had to wait a long time she had an attitude and did not respond to my question of the medication maximum effect . I had to call her 3 times as she would not talk to me and she would send the nice technician which had no answer to my question She is definitely not a qualified pharmacist and I am a physician and I am always dealing with pharmacist It is such a shame that cvs that is the well known pharmacy hires unqualified pharmacists I will be switching to Walmart Vienna which is within 2 mins drive and they have the nicest and most knowledgeable pharmacists that want to help patients and answer their questions and copays are less than CVs as well I will be definitely advising my patients to stay away from this location as well"

"CVS is my favorite place to buy all medical vitamins or medicines. Their offers are very good in terms of discounts, and the workers inside the branch are very cooperative and help you with any question."

"Just gotta say whoever was working the phones in the pharmacy at around 1945 on the 23rd of Feb, was the rudest and most unprofessional pharmaceutical tech I've had the displeasure of dealing with. We're an urgent care and we were trying to call to correct an issue with a prescription sent to a patient and we had to call 6 times due to the staff just picking up and then hanging up the phone on us. They forgot to properly hang up one time and just left the line open and we could hear them talking faintly too... when we called the 7th time they answered the lady on the other end was incredibly short tempered and rude and made it far more difficult to fix the issue than it needed to be. So from a medical providers point of view; we're all just trying to do our jobs we don't have to be $&@*'s to each other."

"I wouldn’t get any prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. The wait time is ridiculous and they techs and pharmacists absolutely do not care how long you wait. They’ll have conversations and laughs amongst themselves behind the counter while people are waiting in a long line for over 35-45 minutes. They aren’t kind or helpful. If they mix something up, they keep passing you onto someone else within the pharmacy until the last person is left and still doesn’t have any answers for you. I’d find another CVS pharmacy, even if it’s a little out of your way, because this one had the worst service possible."

"We stopped here during our recent visit to Tysons/ Vienna VA. The store was very well organized, and we could easily find what we needed. We found some nice greeting cards there and a special decongestant medicine that wouldn’t elevate blood pressure. Thankfully, we found this CVS during our trip and also saved a total of $10 in coupons for our purchase!"
