"I've given the manager (who apparently manages all the locations in the area) 2 weeks to respond to my voicemail and two phone calls (I've spoken with an associate who was very sweet) about concerns with the grooming of my two golden retrievers. We paid for the subscription and would take them every 2-3weeks. There are two situations I wanted to address with the manager and give the chance to discuss: 1.) One of my retrievers was groomed and then went in for a regular vet visit a few days later for us to be told the vet found a ton of ear wax and she had an ear infection as a result. This seemed impossible since this is part of the services for grooming. 2.) At another appointment our other retriever came back with a ton of shedding hair, and we sent them back in to be re-brushed. I don't normally do these types of reviews, but when management clearly doesn't care about situations like this I feel others should be aware to pay attention to their pups when they come out from their groom."
"They do a great job grooming and Presley at the front desk is so kind and caring and empathetic."
"I took my dog there (reston) three days ago, when I picked up my dog they told me everything was fine. And when I came home, I noticed some scars, one of which was on the private part of my dog's body. When I messaged them, they told me something else, not even a simple apology. I was not really satisfied. My son was annoyed."
"Scenthound has been a lifesaver for our special needs dog! Due to his skin condition and urinary incontinence issues, bathing him 2x a week was becoming too much with our hectic schedules. Having the convenience of taking our boy to the "spa" to keep up with his extra level of care has made our lives easier, and in turn, we have a much happier dog. The staff is amazing (Lisa, Nico, Julie and Amanda to name a few) and they take the best care of our pup. We also had him groomed by Lisa who did a fantastic job. We have the unlimited package and it's such a great deal! I wish I could give Scenthound more than 5-stars!! I highly recommend them for all your dog grooming needs."
