"My wife and recently stayed at the Holiday Inn/Reagan Airport in Crystal City. The service, food and facilities were amazing. We particularly want to commend Jessi who provided outstanding customer service, while attending to our needs and requests. She was amazing."

"Sadly I used the parking of this Hotel for my vacation trip and when I got back from my trip my car was STOLEN from the parking of the hotel. The person in the front desk was extremely rude and I didn’t received any help from the hotel staff. Police ask for the security footage and the employee didn’t knew the password of the computer. Horrible service and experience. Not even a call from the manager or anything. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. No security at all and bad service overall. Police is dealing with the investigation and I will be looking for legal advice."

"Free airport shuttle was great! And that’s about it. The hotel itself not so great. The lobby gives you the impression that it’s a hotel with modern features but all of that changes when you get to your room. Super old fixtures which is not the end of the world, but the AC!!! Omg, they have the AC set so that you can’t bring it down below 67 degrees, it also has a sensor so the AC shuts off at night. Off and then on, off and then on. It was the worst night. Didn’t get any sleep because of that and the paper thin door which lets you hear every single conversation in the hall, no matter how quietly people were speaking."

"I'm a flight attendant and honestly, I wasn't here long enough to really get a feel for the place. The other flight attendant and I did comment on how our rooms were the smallest rooms we have ever had in any hotel. I don't know if these were just small because they were crew rooms or if it's because the hotel is older. Basically, the room was just big enough for one king size bed, one wall to wall desk on the opposite wall, one chair and two nightstands. I don't remember if there was a foot rest (I kinda feel like there wasn't because there would have been no room to walk at all if there had been. The pillows were nice, but the air conditioner was a little on the loud side. Also, since the room was small, the ac blew directly on me while I was in bed and the thermostat was on the opposite wall... So I had to keep getting up to turn it on and off... The room would heat up really quickly. Basically, I bundled up, got the room as cold as I could stand it, then shut the ac off and stripped to go to sleep. By morning, the room was toasty again. Also, there was an open safe on the wall next to the thermostat, so I kept having to remind myself about it when I went to adjust the ac. It's big and bulky and in the perfect place to hurt your arm if you're not paying attention. Really, I only had time for sleeping there so I have no comment on the rest except to say that the staff was not super impressive either. I tried to joke and get them to smile, but they just looked at me deadpan. I don't know if that's a hotel staff thing or a DC resident thing, but I will say that I think the morning shuttle driver was the nicest person at that hotel. Other than all that, it was an average holiday inn."
