"I've only been here once. There were four of us. The place was crowded, but we did not have to wait. Everything looked delicious. We got the appetizers because e couldn't make up our minds. My favorite was the fried eggplant, and I do not normally like eggplant. I ordered the spicy beef Thai basil, which was probably the best of the six entrees ordered. We took a bunch of food home. I am giving it 5 stars, but others at the table were between 4 and 5. All of us agreed that we would go back to try other items on the menu. Did I forget to mention we also got the peach flambee ice cream dessert, which is also delicious. You can only get that dessert if you order it for two people."

"I go to this place for my fav dish Ma la boiling fish hot pot & awesome chicken with triple peppers. I tried pot stickers but dint like it too oily. Veg Spring rolls were ok. And yes definitely try peach & banana flambé the chef himself does it in front of you. Drinks we tried blue lime margarita & sex on Waikiki beach which were pretty decent."

"OMG THE THAI DRUNKEN NOODLES! I love the noodles so much. Delicious taste, so flavorful, awesome! This is my to go order forever. I especially love the texture, how perfectly cooked the noodles are. Chewy, juicy and yummy. 10/10 for the noodles. The service is amazing too, refilling is on time, doesn’t let me wait for sips a lot. Cozy atmosphere with sweet service. Love this place so much!"

"I liked the restaurant. It's very casual and food tastes good. Service was OK. Food portion was good and fairly large.our server was not friendly, but did her work done. The issue was the glass of water I received ... it was not clean!!. I saw lips print on it and returned it but my kids and my husband already used their glasses! So it was too late to inspect those glasses! I will go back but I will inspect my silverware and cup and etc!"

"I visited most recently on a Thursday evening to get some comfort takeout. The ordering online went rather smoothly, and my order was waiting for me when I arrived a couple of minutes after the stated time. The ability to customize your order for spice level, added proteins or veggies, salt level, and the like works well for me mostly. The service routinely looks like what you would expect from a family-run establishment. Try to time your order so you are waiting on the food rather than the food waiting on you so your order retains its freshness and thermal heat. I ordered hot and sour soup, steamed dumplings, stir fry with vegetables (adding shrimp), and both the mango mousse and chocolate mousse cakes. The soup portion was satisfying with a milder spice level as I requested. The dumplings felt and tasted house made. The stir fry has a generous protein portion and crisp veggies without a lot of excess sauce. Both flavors of mousse cake provides a welcome finish instead of the stereotypical fortune cookie, as the mousse proved smooth while the cake remained relatively moist. Prices seemed reasonable for the Chantilly area and provide a good value. I consider Cheng’s as one of the better places for Chinese eats in their neighborhood."
