"I was there several weeks ago during lunch to order a sausage/pizza. The girl at the front counter had a bad attitude with teeth smacking and eyes rolling. I hope she doesn't work their anymore. We choose another establishment and spent $300+. Having a friendly attitude counts in the customer service business!!"

"the pizza here is VERY good. As always different moments call for different types of pizza. If you come here, expect to get a New York style of pizza. If that is what you are looking for, that is what you will get, and it will be very good. Also full menu is a Halal. This used to be Goody’s pizza, now boli,s pizza’s quality has gone up significantly. If you have the time, order a whole pie and it will be freshly baked, the best you can get. Highly recommend! "Avoid this place at all costs. My family ordered pizza, chicken tenders, onion rings. The customer service is awful. After complaining about the burnt crust, the lady on the phone cut us off and told us to bring it back. We tried to order from a halal establishment and it continues to bite us. This place overcooked the tenders and we asked to remake the burnt pieces. Additionally, when we got home we had this burnt crust. For the lady to put the pizza in the box with this condition is unacceptable. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. The customer service is equal to their food quality which is sub-par at best."

"BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT: A terrible pizza place that prides themselves in low quality food and customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I used to frequent this store a lot when they first opened, and they were great. But something has changed in the last 2 years. We stopped getting it as frequently as the quality had decreased. I decided to give them another shot though recently. I ordered 2 pizzas with their 2 many Mondays deal. I paid extra for the garlic sauce, and my one large pizza still somehow ended up around $24. Oh well, I thought and went on with the order. The driver shows up and I'm paying with cash, and when I try to get change, he says he has none. This is unheard of to have a pizza delivery driver to not carry change, and almost assuredly to get a bigger tip. So I bring the pizzas in and the quality is terrible, and the crust is about twice as thick as it should be - a total skimping of ingredients. Also, neither pizza had the garlic dipping sauce I paid extra for. I call them up afterwards to complain, and let them know the quality was abysmal, and never received the garlic sauce. HERE IS THE KICKER: the guy on the phone tells me that because I ordered the 2 many Monday's deal, the quality is PURPOSELY not as good. And that they were directed by corporate to not make any specials like that as good as their regular pizza. Make absolutely no sense, and such an obvious lie. Oh and to top it off, I mysteriously got a canceled ordered email an hour after it was delivered. I assume the delivery driver just marked it as canceled so he could pocket all of the cash. POOR QUALITY. POOR AND UNETHICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE"
