"This was my first time at mellow mushroom. I ordered a simple Hawaiian pizza. I was with a party of 12, and everyone had gotten their food in a timely manner except me. By the time I got my food, 45 minutes had went by and my friends were already done eating. When we asked about where my pizza was, we were told 5 more minutes. Another 20 minutes went by which made it an hour since I had ordered. We eventually flagged down the manager who knew my food was taking forever and did not come talk to our table. Once we got the managers attention she did not even offer to comp my food or anything and didn’t seem apologetic. My friend then said “what are you going to do for her check for this long wait” and she had rolled her eyes. If the management was more nice and approached the situation better we would have not been upset about my pizza taking forever. Once my pizza came out, I could barely eat it, it was not appetizing and did not look good. I finally then got my check comped. I’m never one to write these types of reviews but I was very disappointed in the service. Our server was great and really nice, unfortunately it was just the manager that seemed to not care."

"Been meaning to try this place ever since they opened several years ago but finally got a chance. Really like the atmosphere of the restaurant and the food we ordered were really good! Will return again to try more of what they offer!!"
