"Ordered pizza from Marco’s today for pick up. When I got home, the pizza was burned. I called the manager and he promised a new pizza delivery within 40 minutes. One hour later, no pizza. While I am suppose to get a refund for the inconvenience and got a new pizza, I don’t plan to order from them again."
"I got the cauliflower crust pepperoni pizza. The personal or small size. I must say that it was pretty damn good! I also love the pepperoni at Marco’s. The way the oven just burns the edges and cooks the pepperoni perfectly! I’ve had regular pizza here as well which is great but now I think my go to will be the cauliflower crust moving forward! Service is always great and the curbside pick up is perfect!"
"There was a piece of plastic baked into my pizza. It looked like a piece from a bag that was ripped open. I called and the manager said he’d refund it and did not. I have already tried to contact someone via Twitter and I called the customer service line. No one responds. These messages are very performative. I will never return to a Marcos."
"Food is great but the service is horrible. I placed an order online but it sent the wrong order. When I got to the store, the cashier rings me up and tells me it’s going to cost another $9 for me to get a large pizza. Then she tells me that I’m the 3rd person this has happened to today. Instead of offering a discount for the inconvenience, since this is clearly a problem on their end, she tells me they’ll have to remake the pizza. At this point, I just took the small pizza and paid their ridiculous prices. As I was sitting there feeding my kids, she offered another customer a free pizza for the same issue… I wasn’t offered anything! This restaurant has always been poorly run and they’re always short on help. Not to mention the fact they raise prices very frequently. Will never come back to this location."
