"Been in the neighborhood about 6 months and this is our go to grocery store. The staff are always excellent but today Tom was the gentleman who helped me and it was so nice talking to you. Tom I hope you see this, you really made my day. In terms of the store everything is always easy to find and they always have a good selection. Easy 5 stars."
"This is our favorite grocery story in the area. The staff is candid and they are in good mood always. My son had an accidente today. Long story short, 6 champagne bottlles ended up crashing in the floor. The store staff was really nice in handling the whole situation."
"After my quick pick up of bagels next door at Chesapeake Bagel Bakery. I got the pleasure of shopping at HT this had to be one of the cleanest stores I've been too. The guy who cut my turkey so nice I didn't get his name. The hot food bar was impeccable it was going into the lunch but you couldn't tell because the leftover from breakfast looked so fresh. I would have loved to see some turkey sausage and turkey bacon on that breakfast bar. My register person Oryungerel is the best way to end your shopping experience. I was in a shorter line but the guy wiped his nose and I said, "I'm too far from home to catch a charge." He used no hand sanitizer kept on scanning. I moved and was blessed w/Ms. O. and she was wearing gloves and a mask keeping myself and herself safe! To Will and the other guy at customer service thank you for helping me."
"This review is for Tamika and all her staff at Harris Teeter. I use the self checkout and had an item that wrong up incorrectly. Tamika was able to help me get it fixed. Her customer service and knowledge is something we rarely see these days in these trying times."
"Stopped in yesterday. Fish guy said salmon I want isn’t salmon, it’s trout salmon. Not as fresh as the cheaper 9.99/lb salmon. Thought I scored. Came home and the fish was old, ready for the trash. I cooked it way more than I normally do, and it was still disgusting. So I turned to the ice cream I bought. See pic. This isn’t my usual Harris teeter. Never going back."
