"Don't bother. I've called & visited multiple times to partcipate in their program. 7 times I've attempted to drop off items driving 30 minutes one way. It was better years ago and now it's just not worth it. They aren't worth supporting. Train your people to be clear about the process. Tell people to be at the store at 9am waiting in LINE. My recommendation, don't bother. Over this establishment and you mind of as well don't depend on this business."

"Super bummed out, I usually have only nice things to say about this store but on 9/27 I drove over an hour from my home in Lusby to look for shoes for my toddler and they were closed. We got there around 4:30 pm and the hours posted showed they weren’t supposed to close until 8 pm. I shop here because I can find quality items for my little at a good price since money is tight and it was pretty devastating to use all that gas only to find that the store closed over 4 hours before their posted closing time."

"TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!! I have been trying to drop-off donations to this place for over a month now. I know better than to just show up, so I always call. And for weeks now they tell me,”We are no longer excepting donations for the day. Next drop off will be…..” Then you show up on the day that they gave you and they won’t even except your donations! This morning I called at 10:30 AM and ask were they taking donations for the day. I was told yes, they would be taking donations starting at 12:30 PM. I promise you, I walked through those doors at 12:45 PM and they had a big sign on the door saying that they were no longer taking donations. Are you kidding me??!!!?! The owner has allowed these people to run her store into the ground when it comes to Customer Service. Too many clients are being turned away. It makes you not even want to shop in the store anymore. Not to mention the staff is not friendly, won’t even greet you when you walk through the front door. It is absolutely absurd!!! Believe all the reviews you are seeing up and down this review timeline, stating that they do not take donations when they say they are scheduled to because it is true! One lady said she had been there four times and have not been able to donate yet so do yourself a favorite and drop your donations off at Goodwill or something."

"WORST LOCATION EVER. This is my second time attempting to drop off clothes after driving over 40 minutes to get here. They claim it’s first come first serve due to a staffing issue- even have specific days for clothes drop offs, toys, shoes, etc. However, there is no notice of these things until you get on site and see these tacky signs in the door. Open sign is shut off even though store hours are clearly in the window. Very frustrating, especially for this to be the case on two separate occasions- MONTHS apart. I will NOT be coming back to this location for drop offs."
