"I have loved Jacadi brand way before having a son. Love there styles and colors . Adorable clothes for girls. However, their customer service is not the best, little arrogant. Maybe they saw me and thought I was not going to purchase anything, however, they have to greet everyone at the end of the day they working with customer service if not why work there ."

"Shopping at Jacadi was probably the single worst retail experience I've ever had while shopping for clothing for my son. I love the craftsmanship and quality of their clothes; however, every time I walk in to Jacadi I find their employees to be unwilling to assist, lazy and lacking knowledge on the very product they have been paid to understand and sell. I ask for my son's foot to be measured and it's measured wrong. I'm brought the shoes and then the sales woman walks away, leaving me to discover what his true foot size is. If I'm paying $100 for a pair of shoes for a 2 year old, I expect a sales person to know how to fit his foot. When I asked where certain coats and other types of clothing were they just point around the store but do nothing is helping me locate his size for that $200 coat. Then when I find an article of clothing I want to get in a different size they say their internet doesn't work and they can't get phones to work? So I'm given a phone number to go do the work myself? Is this for real? Worst of all is me standing at the check out counter asking more questions only to be partially ignored while the manager plays on her cell phone. I'd also like to add that when I was in the store, a delivery was made with several boxes by the mailman. The sales woman loudly complained about how much stuff and work and lazily disappeared to the back, leaving me stranded in shoes, trying to figure out sizes. I don't care how much I like the clothes, I will never shop with them again, online or in store. This has been going on over a year and clearly corporate is oblivious or else the same lazy staff would not be working there today."
