"If I could give zero stars I would. The man in the front chair was so rude, unprofessional and aggressive. I asked for a French tip because it was on their list of services and he told me I couldn’t get it done. I asked for ombré and he said they don’t do that anymore either. I said never mind I’ll just get my toes done and he made a smart comment and said that they don’t do acrylic on toes anymore so don’t ask for that either. I’m not sure if it was because I am a POC or if he was just miserable with his life and having a bad day. However the other staff was very friendly."
"Wildly uneven. Took my daughter there for her bday, and even I could tell they were awful. Spent something like 210 dollars there and every 5 feet there was a sign saying no refunds under any circumstances. Everyone who saw them agreed and said I should ask for my money back. Since it was so clearly marked, I didn't. But terrible result"
"Older guy made me pay before the nails were finished, tried to change the price multiple times. I was charge 60$ for very short, one color, square nails. he actually cut me twice, and also were talking about my nails to other coworkers. 10/10 do not recommend. please take ur money anywhere else but here."
"During pedicures, he cut me, gave me no leg massage, smeared the nail polish and then charged me 3 dollars because I used a credit card. I never post bad reviews until today."
"They took me as a walk-in. My wait wasn't long. I have to say I appreciate how meticulous Kevin is. He did an amazing job on my pedicure. I will definitely be going back. I can't wait to get my nails done next time. They have a great selection of colors in dip powders. Many places have a very limited selection. Thank you Kevin!! I feel wonderful."
