"I came in just to simply get an acrylic set removed and the tech that did it did NOT soak them off like I was hoping she would. Instead, she peeled and pried them off using another acrylic nail and let me just say, it was painful and I was pretty close to tears. That was my only acrylic set I’ve ever had but from hearing others’ experiences I knew something was wrong."
