"I am not happy. I sent an email and I better get a response tonight or tomorrow morning. I told the “ new guy” that I just wanted the tips of my nails done not half. I also told him it wasn’t right after the first nail and that the tips I want skinny French tip less polish and he said I know what I am doing. Not happy at all ."
"Amy Lee did my nails and she was absolutely amazing! Very fast service. They were $80 tho which I feel is a bit pricey for a plain color but I will be back nonetheless. You pay for the quality for sure."
"This is my third visit. The first was for a full acrylic set and the second was for a pedicure; both of those jobs were done beautifully and neatly. The photos below are from my 1pm appointment today. I got a full acrylic set and it just looks... sloppy. The technician was polite but seemed rushed. The cuticles were not pushed back at all, and the polish application looks ragged around the edges. This is surprising because previous visits had much better and more professional results. I am disappointed."
"I’m only giving it a three star because I used to love this place. But this last time, I got my nails done on Thursday 08/17/23, todays the 21st, 4 days later and the tips of every nail snapped off as if I am wearing press ons. $75 down the drain and Very disappointed"
"I will never go anywhere else again! All of the nail techs do FANTASTIC work and in a timely manner as well. I have never been disappointed and have been going for months now. It’s about $45/$50 for an acrylic fill and gel polish, but for the work they do it’s worth every penny! Highly recommended!!"
