"I am very disappointed with their Customer Service. During my visit in October I advised the receptionist that I would not be able to make appointments in November or December and was told there was nothing that could be done because I signed a 6 month contract. I was disappointed with the response and advised the receptionist that I did not desire to renew the contract. She coldly replied I will make note of that and my contract would expire in January. Although I could not visit the clinic I continued to pay. Today I was surprised with a bill for February. After contacting them, the response I received was I did not submit anything in writing 30 days in advance so I will have to pay for February . They would consider my email as written notice. Feel free to make an appointment for a facial. They are more concerned with money than customer service. Obviously the receptionist, with her cold response stating she noted my record meant nothing.At a minimum she could have asked me to put it in writing while I was there."
